Carrot with bean sauce


  • 450 g of cooked black beans
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (you can take lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Table salt to taste
  • 420 g. Babycarrot «Carrot»


Mix beans, lime juice or lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, chopped onion, garlic and pepper in a food processor. The prepared mixture is put in a deep dish. You can decorate with finely chopped greens. Serve with carrots for dipping in the sauce.
